Payment Plans

I offer interest free payment plans of either 3 months or 6 months on all orders over £50.

Payment

If you choose a payment plan you will pay 10% of the products price initially then you will receive a monthly email reminder to pay the next payment.

Delivery of payment plan orders

Orders placed using a payment plan will not be dispatched until the balance of the payment plan is paid in full.

Cancellation of payment plan

You may cancel your payment plan if you are unable to keep paying the monthy payments for whatever reason. You will be refunded 75% of the amount you have paid up to the point of cancellation. Please contact me to arrange cancellation.

Dispatch & Delivery

Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days but please allow up to 5 business days. Backorder items will usually be dispatched within 14 days. I will notify you by email if there are any further delays with your order.

Delivery

Orders will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or DPD and where applicable you will be provided with a tracking number. I accept no responsibillity for orders that are delayed after dispatch due to isses with couriers or customs. International buyers are responsible for paying any customs tax incurred.

Returns & Refunds

I ensure all orders are in perfect condition before dispatch, if your order arrives damaged please contact me as soon as possible with details and pictures of the damage.
