Off the Hook Card

A high quality 5 x 7 greetings card featuring my original and unique handmade wet/needle felted artwork Off the Hook. It depicts jumping Salmon. I grew up at the mouth of the River Tweed and walked daily along the banks of the river with my Gran as a child. Salmon fishing is a huge part of the culture and history of that area although it has fallen into decline over the years due to falling fish stocks. This picture was inspired by my childhood memories of watching the fishermen and my photography of the river as an adult when I walked along it’s banks with our own children.
